Green: Correct!
Half: 'ㄹ' is part of the correct batchim 'ㄺ'.
Yellow: 'ㄱ' is in the letter but in the wrong spot.
Orange: The character exists in the answer word but NOT in this syllable block.

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kokio web service (“Kokio” or the “Service”), a Korean word game operated by Mogang Inc. (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”). By accessing or using Kokio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Service Overview
Kokio provides Korean vocabulary learning games, including daily word quizzes, word chain, crossword puzzles, and related practice modes. Some optional features such as in‑game currency (“Hubs”), cosmetic items, or premium content may be provided from time to time. Specific features and rewards available can change as we improve the Service.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use Kokio with or without an account. Certain features (such as saving progress, wordbooks, XP and Hubs history) require sign‑in via a third‑party provider (for example, Google / Firebase Authentication). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities on your account. You represent that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services, and that, if you are under the age of majority, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. In‑Game Currency (Hubs)
(1) Hubs are a virtual currency used within Kokio to unlock content or features designated in the game UI. You are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use Hubs solely within the Service.
(2) Hubs have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for real money or other items of monetary value, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
(3) When you purchase Hubs, payments are processed by third‑party payment processors (such as local payment gateways or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
(4) Refunds for unused, purchased Hubs are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the payment provider. Promotional or free Hubs may not be refundable.
(5) We may change, limit, or discontinue the availability or functionality of Hubs and related items where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons, while taking into account your legitimate interests and applicable law.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to interfere with the normal operation of Kokio; (b) use cheats, automation, or unauthorized scripts to gain unfair advantage; (c) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain; or (d) use Kokio for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. We may take appropriate measures (such as suspension or reset of progress) if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All game content, text, graphics, logos, and code in Kokio are owned by Mogang Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Kokio only for personal, non‑commercial learning and entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Kokio without our prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service (including specific game modes, rewards, or events) at any time to improve the experience or for operational, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free availability, and temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical issues. If we discontinue a major feature or the Service as a whole, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Kokio is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, improvements in language proficiency, or error‑free or uninterrupted gameplay.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mogang Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kokio. Where allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service will be limited to the amount you have paid to us for Hubs or paid features during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kokio if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may stop using Kokio at any time. Where allowed by law, we are not obligated to provide cash or other compensation for unused Hubs or virtual items upon termination, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, limitations of liability) will remain in effect after termination.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s principal office, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require a different forum.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Mogang Inc. (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the Kokio web service (“Kokio” or the “Service”). We aim to handle your data in a transparent and responsible way that matches the educational and casual nature of Kokio.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Kokio, we may collect:
(1) Account information (when you sign in): name, email address, profile image, and unique user ID provided by an authentication provider such as Google (via Firebase Authentication). We do not ask you to provide sensitive categories of data (such as health or political opinions).
(2) Gameplay and usage data: XP, level, Hubs balance and history, wordbooks, progress, game results, and in‑app actions.
(3) Device and log data: IP address, browser type, language, approximate region (not precise GPS), access times, and error logs.
(4) Payment‑related data (when purchasing Hubs): transaction ID, amount, currency, and payment status. Full card information is processed by external payment providers and is not stored on our servers.
(5) Cookies and similar technologies: we may use cookies or local storage to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand basic service usage in an aggregated way.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
• operate and improve Kokio and its game modes;
• maintain your account, XP, Hubs, streaks, and wordbooks;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;
• process payments for Hubs and fulfill related services;
• respond to your inquiries and provide support;
• generate anonymized or aggregated statistics to understand how Kokio is used and to improve the learning experience, without identifying you personally in those statistics.
4. Legal Basis
Where required by applicable law, we process personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested), or our legitimate interests in operating and improving Kokio in a safe and reliable manner. In some cases, we may also process data to comply with legal obligations (for example, bookkeeping or fraud‑prevention requirements).
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
• Service providers such as cloud hosting (e.g., Firebase) for storage, authentication, and analytics;
• Payment processors (for example, local payment gateways or PayPal) to complete Hubs purchases;
• authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising purposes.
6. International Transfers
Because we use cloud services, your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We take reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, and we use reputable providers that implement industry‑standard security measures.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide Kokio and to comply with legal obligations. Gameplay data (XP, Hubs, wordbooks) is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except for data we must retain to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Certain transaction or log data may be retained for a legally required period even after account deletion.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you sign in through an external provider (such as Google), you may also manage certain data in that provider’s account settings. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the email below; we will respond within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data incident that significantly affects your rights, we will take appropriate steps, which may include notifying you and relevant authorities when required by law.
10. Children
Kokio is designed for Korean learners and is not intended to be used by children under the minimum age required to use online services in their country without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps, such as deleting the information or restricting the account.
11. Changes to This Policy
